OzRouter FAQ: API key, email, and setup issues
I did not receive the key email
Check spam and make sure the email entered on the pricing form is valid. Trial keys are limited to 10 active keys at a time, and each email can only have one API key, so use the same email when buying a paid pass to recharge that key.
If you paid and still did not receive a key, email support@ozrouter.com or message @ozrouter on Telegram with the payment email so it can be matched.
My tool still uses its default endpoint
Check OPENAI_BASE_URL, base_url, or baseURL in the tool’s config file. Some tools have their own config and do not automatically read environment variables from the current shell.
My key expired or reached its budget
OzRouter blocks requests when a key expires after 30 days or reaches its usage budget. Choose another pass on pricing to recharge the same key for a new 30-day period. A top-up only adds usage to the current period and does not extend its expiration.
